Curt brings over 20 years of leasing and development experience to Forefront Commercial Real Estate. He has been involved in over 12 million square feet of industrial development and leasing totally over $900 million of transactions. Curt also serves as the President of Hefner Properties, a family owned company.

Curt began his career with Duke Realty Corporation, and spent 9 years with the company. He received the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Industrial Deal Award in 2009 & 2010 and was named to the Dallas Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” list seven consecutive years. He graduated from Indiana University with a BA in finance with a real estate concentration.

Rob relies on over 20 years of real estate investing and development experience to help continue to grow Forefront. He brings a diverse background of industrial, retail, multifamily and office development experience to the team. In addition to his responsibilities with Forefront, Rob leads Farmer Companies Real Estate and serves on the board of directors of parent company Farmer Companies. Farmer Companies is a privately held, family owned company that employs over 2,000 people in 12 states.

Prior to joining Farmer Companies, Rob spent the first six years of his real estate career with The Staubach Company in Dallas, TX. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in finance.

Clint brings over 25 years of real estate experience to Forefront Commercial Real Estate. He has been involved in several commercial real estate projects to include office, industrial, multifamily, and data centers. Prior to Forefront, Clint was the Director of Corporate Services for Cadence McShane Construction and managed corporate strategy, development services and business development. Previously he was the Director of Development with Transwestern Development Company.

His work experience also includes a 12 year tenure in architecture at Hardy McCullah / MLM Architects. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA in finance, and received his MBA in accounting from University of Dallas.

Ross has seven years of real estate experience in both the development and capital markets spaces. He has been involved in more than $4.5 billion of investment sales and debt/equity placement transactions and has worked on more than $290 million of direct real estate developments across multiple asset classes.

Ross began his career at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (now JLL Capital Markets) where he worked on both the investment sales and debt placement teams. Prior to joining Forefront, he served as a vice president for a Texas-based industrial and multifamily developer. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in finance.
