The completion of the concrete slabs marks a major construction milestone at Pinnacle 30, a 282,200 square-foot, Class A speculative with 2 industrial buildings within 6 minutes of Downtown Dallas, and direct access to Highway 30. With the concrete slab foundation now in place, wall panels will be poured and tilted into place.ย The skyline presence of Pinnacle 30 is about to emerge as vertical construction begins.
