Curt Hefner

Curt Hefner brings a deep background in commercial real estate development and investment to Forefront, where he leads our development initiatives, firm operations, strategic planning, and acquisition execution. Over his career, he has developed and leased more than 12 million square feet of industrial warehouse space. Prior to Forefront, Curt founded Hefner Properties and began his career at Duke Realty Corporation.

He earned a BS in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
