We focus on industrial acquisitions that are partially or fully leased buildings with significant value-add potential, repositioning them through operational improvements, capital investment, and strategic leasing. Currently our acquisitions portfolio consists of North Dallas Infill properties. What sets us apart is having the financial strength to execute transactions from $1 to $100 million with no investment committee or financing contingencies. From the onset, our principals are involved in structuring flexible transactions for unique requirements or situations.
