We’re thrilled to welcome Brad Ahrens, as a new hire to Forefront Commercial Real Estate this July. Brad brings an extensive background in commercial real estate, construction management, and client relations. His addition to the team enhances our capabilities as we continue to grow and execute on strategic opportunities across industrial development and acquisitions. In his role, Brad will lead construction management and contribute to strategic planning across our platform. He will manage our network of consulting partners—including architects, civil and structural engineers, and general contractors—to ensure each project is delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Brad’s prior experience includes key roles at Guidon Real Estate Project Solutions, Petra, CBRE, and Trammell Crow Company. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, and he is also LEED certified.
